If your mobile is either:

  • not covered by insurance and covered by the warranty;
  • not covered by insurance and not covered by the warranty; or
  • covered by insurance and covered by the warranty;

You can choose to either:

Take your mobile to a Vodafone store, along with your receipt of purchase. The store will then handle the repair for you.
