Checking your account balance and due date

Want to get your account balance? Maybe check how much credit you have used and have left? Vodafone lets you do this online, via TXT and your mobile phone.

Vodafone customers can check their account monthly balance in the following ways:

Via TXT

You can get your account balance just by sending a FREE blank TXT (if you’re unable to send a blank TXT simply enter a space) to 1512 to receive a free TXT advising your current amount due. (For Contract customers the due date won’t be included within this TXT).

For Month to Month and Contract customers the TXT will contain your current month’s usage, including any entitlements remaining and the last day of your billing cycle. For Prepaid customers, the TXT will contain your current credit, including any entitlements such as bonus credit.

Prepaid customers
If you received credit towards Info & Entertainment alerts on your Prepaid SIM, you can check your remaining Info & Entertainment alert credit balance by sending a free blank TXT to 126080.

Online

My Vodafone provides your account balance, bill details and history, call details, recharge history and allows you to pay your bill and set up direct debits (excluding Prepaid). My Vodafone also offers you a range of services you can personalise to use on the web or on your mobile such as TXT alerts, email, ring tones and logos.

1. Register and/or login at My Vodafone .

2. Select Account Summary to view the amounts due from your previous bill, any amounts paid, current charges and due date.

3. Select Current Bill to view a breakdown of your current bill.

Via telephone

Customer’s can call Lara (on 1555) and say “Account balance”. Please note: Month to Month, TXT and Talk or 365 Day customers are unable to use this service.

Prepaid customers - you can dial the following numbers free from your Vodafone mobile within Australia:

1512 to get your current account balance

1521 to get details of your last three calls

1511 to recharge your Prepaid account

Or

All Vodafone customers can call 1512 (free call from your Vodafone mobile within Australia) or 1300 650 410 (standard local call costs apply when calling from within Australia) from any other phone and follow the prompts.

Via your mobile

If you have a Vodafone live! mobile, you can select the Vodafone live! menu, My Vodafone and then 'Account Balance' to get your account balance.

Or

Using your compatible mobile, you can use the Vodafone menu to request your Account Balance, Make a Payment, Register your credit card or Recharge. You’ll need a compatible mobile and SIM card to access this service.
