Change your address details

Answer

There are two types of addresses on an account.  There is the customer home address, which displays the customer’s physical address and there is also the postal address, which identifies where the bill is sent.

You can change your address online via My Vodafone. Vodafone Prepaid customers are not sent an account therefore do not have access to the Change My Details option under My Account. Please call 15551 on your Vodafone mobile or 1300 650 4102 for further enquiries.

1. You can change your address online by following the steps below:
2. Register and/or login at My Vodafone.
3. Select 'My Account'
4. Select 'My Details'
5. You are then presented with a page that allows you to change your home address and/or postal address.
6. Once details have been changed, click on the 'Save Changes' button at the bottom of the page.

Your email address and contact phone number can also be changed via the above steps

Note: If MyAccount is selected and there is more than one Mobile Number on the account, the Billing Account PIN must be entered to view billing details. (e.g. the Billing Account relates to the bill and payments and includes credit card details, for example). Only customers that are either with Vodafone Prepaid or billed by Vodafone Pty Ltd are able to access their billing details via the Internet. If you are a customer of a Vodafone Service Provider you can get billing information by contacting them directly. Please see faq "How do I contact my Service Provider?" for details.
