If you experiencing difficulty in accessing your Voicemail messages by dialling 121 from your mobile or 0414 121 121 from another phone, please check the following:
Is this the first time you're accessing Voicemail?
Ensure Voicemail is set. "Setting up your Voicemail". You won't be able to access Voicemail messages without an initial set-up.
Are you being prompted to enter your Voicemail security code? The default Voicemail security code is 3333.
Prepaid customers – ensure that you have credit to call 121 from your mobile. Send a free blank TXT to 1555 to check your account balance.
