If you are getting an error message saying "Page Cannot Be Displayed", when trying to log onto My Vodafone, you will need to check the following.
- Check the version of Internet Explorer / Browser you are running.
- Go to Help from the browser toolbar, then select About Internet Explorer. A new window will open displaying the browser version. The Vodafone website has been optimised for viewing in Internet Explorer version 5.5+, Firefox 3+, Safari, and Opera. If you are running any other browser or browser versions, you may encounter problems with certain sections of the website. For My Account and My Phone, you also need Internet Explorer version 5.5+, Firefox 3+, Safari, or Opera. If you are not running these versions, you will need to download an updated version, and ensure that the Cipher strength is 128-bit minimum.
- Delete Cookies and Temporary Internet Files.
- Go to Internet Options from your Control Panel where you will find the option to delete these files. Instructions may differ according to your Operating System. You will find more information by going to the Help menu of your computer.
- Check Firewall settings that may be preventing you from viewing certain web pages.
