The online 'Unbilled calls' feature allows you to view unbilled call details such as calls, TXT and diversion charges that are yet to appear on your bill.
Please note: While we endeavour to have call details available within 4 hours, due to system delays this may be up to several days. Records of internet usage are normally available after 24 hours however due to system delays this may be up to several days.
To view your unbilled details, follow the steps below.
1. Login or register with My Vodafone.
2. Select My Account
3. Select 'Call Details'.
4. In Period drop down box, choose 'Unbilled Calls'. (Search can be minimised by entering a phone number in the 'only calls to' field.)
5. Click "show" button.
Your unbilled call details will now appear on screen. You also have the option of printing or exporting the call details. Once you have finished viewing your unbilled call details, remember to log out of My Vodafone.

Note: If My Account is selected and there is more than one Mobile Number on the account, the Billing Account PIN must be entered to view billing details. (e.g. the Billing Account relates to the bill and payments and includes credit card details, for example). Only customers that are either with Vodafone Prepaid or billed by Vodafone Pty Ltd are able to access their billing details via the Internet.
