Why aren’t I getting any coverage in an area where I normally do?

If you’re not receiving network coverage on your mobile and you're unable to dial out, please perform the following troubleshooting steps

1. Switch your mobile off and then back on.

2. Perform a manual network selection on your mobile. You will usually be able to do this under Settings, Phone Settings, Network Selection.

3. Place your SIM in another mobile and another SIM in your mobile. This will determine whether the fault is due to a network issue or the mobile.
